IDF releases Sinwar letter encouraging Oct. 7 terrorists to plan broadcast of massacre footage

Sinwar’s documents, shared by the IDF on the second anniversary of his assassination, called on terrorists to plan producing “horrific images” including shooting point-blank, slaughtering victims.
