<p>The Democratic Reform Current of Fatah, headed by Mohammed Dahlan, attacked Likud following the party’s accusations that Dahlan was behind a report in <i>Haaretz</i> claiming that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignored a warning received from the United Arab Emirates before October 7.</p><p>“We are following the incitement campaign being led by Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud party against leader Mohammed Dahlan, in a blatant attempt to drag his name into Israel’s election campaign and evade the difficult questions Netanyahu is facing inside Israel regarding his political responsibility for the failures of October 7.”</p><p>It added: “The allegations raised by Likud against Mohammed Dahlan, and the claims that he is interfering in Israel’s elections, are nothing more than absurd and misleading allegations.
