<p>IDF humanitarian delegation teams in Colombia, working alongside local rescue forces, located and rescued all missing people at the impact sites in which they operated and continue to assist at other impact sites.</p><p>In addition, the delegation’s members continue a central effort to assess buildings and conduct professional surveys of damaged structures, in order to assist decision-makers in the city in developing an up-to-date situational assessment. In this way, the delegation’s experts are enabling educational and healthcare institutions to resume operations, allowing the city to return to normal functioning as soon as possible.</p><p>To date, dozens of buildings have been surveyed; most have been approved for use, while some have been deemed unsafe.
