<p>US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Monday that Lt. Gen. Patrick Frank has been appointed its new deputy commander, serving under Admiral Brad Cooper. </p><p>Frank arrived after successfully completing a historic tour as ARCENT’s Commanding General.
