<p>The chairman of the Degel Hatorah faction, MK Moshe Gafni, visited draft evaders held in a military jail and offered them words of encouragement.</p><p>After the visit, Gafni said: “It is a great stain on the State of Israel that those who study Torah are arrested and thrown into prison.
