<p>Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed on Tuesday evening the controversy sparked by remarks made by his wife on <i>Channel 14 </i>regarding conspiracy theories that have circulated surrounding October 7.</p><p>“I have been asked several times whether I think there was a betrayal, and I answered that there was not. There was a major failure, which was reflected in what happened on the night and morning before the attack, when all the signs were there, and they decided, due to a miscalculation, not to wake me up and not to launch a preemptive attack.
