<p>Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently holding discussions ahead of the appointment of a new interior minister and is expected to make a decision soon, following nearly a year in which the ministry has operated without a permanent minister. <i>Kan 11 News </i>reported.</p><p>According to the report, the appointment will be coordinated with Shas chairman Aryeh Deri, who is expected to approve only a candidate acceptable to him.
