<p>Two men in their 40s were killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 383, south of Beit Shemesh.</p><p>Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics pronounced the men dead at the scene and evacuated a woman in her 40s to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem in moderate condition.
