<p>Israel Railways has begun conducting passenger-free test runs on the Karmiel-Ahihud line using the ETCS control and signaling system, following the launch of the pilot in the Jerusalem area, Modi’in, and along the Ayalon corridor.</p><p>According to Israel Railways, the system is designed to enable an increase in train frequency using the existing rail infrastructure, while improving safety and the management of train traffic.</p> | Read More in News from Israel
