<p>A short while ago, the IDF struck several weapons storage facilities belonging to Hezbollah’s rocket unit in southern Lebanon. These weapon storage facilities were located in the heart of the civilian population.</p><p>”This is yet another example of Hezbollah’s cynical use of Lebanese civilians as human shields,” the IDF stated.</p><p>”Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, such as precise weapons, prior warnings to the civilians, aerial observations and additional intelligence information. The presence of weapons storage facilities constitutes a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
