Ukraine has shut its borders to foreigners until Yom Kippur

The Ukrainian government has reportedly closed its borders to all non-citizens, until September 28. The order comes into effect on midnight between August 29 and August 30, the coming Saturday night.That is the date that the festival of Yom Kippur falls on this year.
